It is intended for first-year students entering the IPB.
They are assigned a Mentor who helps them integrate into the academic community and the city, and who supports them from the moment they enroll.
- They provide information and can answer questions about the school, the course, the IPB, and social services.
- They also help with integration into the city and the social and cultural environment.
- They provide advice on their academic path and the possible need for academic support in certain course units.
Monitoring and Pedagogical Support
Tutoring is developed with the voluntary support of students, active faculty, retired faculty, alumni, and other collaborators (Tutoring) who meet the pedagogical requirements to support students (Tutors) who voluntarily apply for the initiative.
- Tutores support their mentees so they can overcome their difficulties in the curricular units.
- Tutores provide advice on study methods and provide pedagogical support in solving exercises, problems, or other activities carried out within the curricular units in which the mentee experiences greater difficulty.

At the end of the program, all mentees, mentors, and tutors will receive a certificate of participation. Participation in the program as a tutor or mentor is an activity included in the Diploma Supplement.
Continuing education initiatives and collaborative workshops will be announced via IPB's general email address. The announcement will include a registration link.
